I needed a stand for my graphic tablet, i took measures and designed it on OnShape, the fit is almost thight, also cause of the rubber on the pen, but maybe you could resize it in cura widening just 1/1.5 mm on x and y axis, the hole is 12.9 mm in diameter right now I sliced it with Ultimaker Cura, 0.20 resolution
