The Ganzo Firebird folding pocket knife revolutionized the industry with its FH11 model. This groundbreaking knife boasts premium materials and construction, setting it apart from other knives on the market while maintaining an affordable price point. However, I did encounter one minor issue during my initial experience with this knife - the rear portion of the handle had a sharp profile that dug into the palm of my hand when deploying the blade. This problem arose due to the back spacer being flush with the outer scales, causing the sharp corners to protrude more prominently. To rectify this issue, I created a custom back spacer with a slightly elevated profile that prevents the sharp edges of the scales from digging into the palm. As a result, the knife is now incredibly comfortable to hold at all times. Additionally, I designed an accompanying file for a back spacer featuring a lanyard mount.
