Ganzo f759m scale lightened
prusaprinters

I have a Ganzo f59m and after watching Evan and Katelyn's video where they made a 3d printed Damascus steel knife and I wanted to do something similar. One of the screws, the very back one near the pocket clip, was slightly off, so I adjusted it on the files but I haven't printed the newer version yet, but should be fine. The metal inserts no longer have a slot for them to go into but the scale is thinner by that amount so they still can be used. Also I lost some of the original screws but that's an optional step ;)

How I Designed This

Scanned in the original just using a paper scanner, scaled the image, roughly drawn in the outer shape using the spline tool in fusion and added the holes. The triangles are just randomly placed, so if anybody wants the fusion file to customize it, feel free to contact me and I will post it.
Category: Parts
