During an exchange of linear bearings on my PrimaCreator P120 - also known as Monoprice Select mini - I accidentally damaged the end block of the gantry. I meticulously measured all dimensions and created a custom design using Onshape software. To counteract the potential issues caused by the overdetermined construction, I modified one hole into a slotted hole. Despite having a damaged end block, I successfully printed this part. After completing the print job, I reamed out the round 6mm hole to ensure a precise fit.
