A loader crane for freight cars. The CAD designs match the STL files, both of the latest version. The images are of my prototype model. Main improvements include a modified winch. Instructions 1 Print each key part. 2 Supports needed. 3 Fourteen wheels - depending on the desired wheel configuration. Pulley Housing Drop a magnet in during printing to prevent injury from sharp objects. Insert a neodymium magnet, diam. 12mm x thick. 3mm, then pause and release it into the design. This safety measure is designed for children. The string material used was twine made of baker's threads. Secure several overhand knots at both ends to form a ball. General Notes Variations may occur in hole sizes due to printer inconsistencies or small diameters. Adjust with different bolts or enlarge as needed. Other parts: Pulley Wheel: One sixteen millimeter bolt, cap head style. Wheel Axles: Eight 1/4 inch by forty one point twenty five inch bolts, cap head style. Axle Supports: Eight one fourth by fourtieth washers. Wheel Stops: Eight one fourth by fourtieth lock nuts. Spool Winch Assembly: Two sixteen millimeter cap head bolts.
