X-Axis component for gantry CNC machines designed specifically for use with 15mm OpenBeam extruded profiles and Mount for Nema 17 stepper motor. 16-tooth GT2 pulleys are utilized in this design. Belt specifications include a 2x5mm GT2 pitch of 2mm. Mounting holes for the mill are M3, while additional mounting holes for M4 screws are designed to work with 624VV 4mm V-grove bearings. Print Settings Printer: Delta 3KU Rafts: Not necessary Supports: Not required Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 80% Design Process Designed in LibreCAD and Sketchup Make, these files were then converted to .dxf format due to the need for stainless steel sheets 4mm thick (Pulse CO2 Laser). Available upon request are the original .dxf files.
