Gantry bush extender

Here is the rewritten text: This part was designed specifically for use with 3D printers BS01 and idbox. The purpose of this part is to extend the Y-axis bushing on the gantry head, reducing the play in the head unit and improving print quality. In addition to printing objects, you will need the following parts: M4x8mm countersunk screws (truss screws cannot be used due to interference). M3x12 countersunk screws and nuts. Metal bushes: Oiles 70B-0608 (0610 may also work). Printing Instructions: Filament: ABS Infill: 95% or higher Outer shell: 3 layers Scale correction value: Use the same correction value you normally use for printing at the correct size. If the bushing is loose, adjust the flow to improve the fit. Assembly Instructions: 1. Remove the original wiring holder and its screws from the head block. 2. Insert the metal bushes into the extender body. 3. Attach the M3 nuts to the 6-sided recess on the spacer. 4. Place the spacer over the head block's rear section (do not use a spacer, as the screw head will hit the X-axis shaft). 5. Route the heater cables through the spacers and attach them to the top of the head block. 6. Align the holes and pass the Y-axis shaft through the spacer. 7. Use M4 screws to secure the two parts together from the rear. Tighten the screws just enough to allow for some movement. 8. Apply a thin layer of grease to the shaft. 9. Press down on the head with your hand while disconnecting the power cord, and move the head in all directions until it is properly aligned. Once aligned, tighten the screws securely. 10. Attach the M3 screws from the rear to secure the two parts together again. 11. Reattach any cables or other components that were removed during assembly. 12. Plug in the printer and perform a manual operation to ensure smooth movement of the X and Y axes without any noise or vibration. 13. Print a test object and verify that it prints with uniform layer thickness. Important Notes: 1. Do not use this part if it has been damaged or deformed during printing. 2. If the head feels heavy when pressed down on, do not continue to use it. 3. If the printer exhibits any vibration or noise while in operation, stop using it immediately. 4. If the bed height is adjusted and the first layer does not print with uniform thickness, discontinue use. 5. Do not use this part if the fixing screws are loose. 6. If the motor temperature exceeds 5 degrees Celsius after installation, stop using it immediately. 7. Due to the application of grease on the printed parts, degradation of the part is inevitable. Regular inspections and replacement with new prints should be performed as necessary.
