This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/jttcY9EWkvN. I modified this Gantry bracket so it could be used with AzzA Z Braces, allowing me to mount it securely on 16mm MDF. I also wanted the Gantry bolted at a 90-degree angle to the table, while the Z brace held the platform at a 90-degree angle to the Gantry. This should make for very stable results. See more at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:921948/#made. I print using Simplify 3D Bed 60c Nozzle 190c and lately I have set my first layer speed to 35% with no fan, which helps prevent stringing at the start. My Skirt is 6mm from model with 2 outlines and 2 layers. The parts stick to the bed so well it's sometimes hard to get them off. I added 3mm to the height of the brackets and 10 mm out to fit under the gantry. I also added a "L" & "R" indentation on the brackets to see how printing quality would be when using this design. The indentation is 0.5mm deep.
