Hey everyone! It's great to finally catch up after so long. I recently tackled a massive project: crafting Gandalf's majestic Elvish Sword straight from The Hobbit. Guess how much time that took? 6 whole hours! What sets this design apart is the meticulously crafted leather scabbard - high detailed, if you will. This masterpiece consists of an impressive 140,000 polygons and includes multiple interconnected parts to ensure a seamless printing experience. Best part? The entire piece is intact and can be printed without splitting - talk about ease! You're wondering how big this beauty is? Well, get ready for some size: it's life-size! Don't worry if your build plate isn't exactly life-sized; the tallest part of this magnificent model stretches out about 30 centimeters. I must give you a heads-up, though: with these OBJ files comes a minor caveat - flipping parts may become necessary. You might also need to experiment with reorienting some pieces, so keep that in mind during printing time. Enough chit-chat for now; let's get on to what truly matters: admiring my artistry! If you've been digging this piece (or any others) of mine, give your Instagram likes a shoutout. I'm waiting at @tolgaaxu and @buyucusokagi. Still, have some burning questions? Maybe there's something puzzling in the realm of 3D printing design? Reach out anytime - don't be shy about reaching out; that toll-free number of mine isn't even an email (yet); you can always write to tolgaaxu@gmail.com And that's not all! With each and every click of a print button, our paths continue - until the next magnificent piece! Sooner or later, see you around with fresh and innovative creations in store! Tips for perfection: Don't even think twice when opting for the precision setting at 0.1mm - that sandpaper will become redundant for you soon! If you really are particular about detail then printing parts at about a twenty- thirty percent infill density is totally alright, and I wouldn’t argue But why exactly do so many need heat settings up like to use those PLA filament nozzles to set your machine for an 200 Degrees? That simple yet ingenious principle will see you get fantastic outcomes - or if it suits what temperature that could have taken some more, even.
