thingiverse
Gammy's remix of elinanz's Easter egg chick-bunny Easter decoration has been perfected for print-friendly perfection. Key improvements include: * The model has been divided into three individual components for easy printing and manipulation * The nose geometry has been revised to ensure a manifold structure, properly connected to the body * The underside of the feet has been flattened for stability and balance * The legs have been thickened and an insert portion added, allowing them to slot seamlessly into the bottom portion of the model * The bottom portion now features two holes to accommodate the feet, ensuring a secure fit Important notes: * The bottom part holes, where the feet are inserted, have been constraint-adjusted for precision, eliminating the need for further scaling * Blender and STL files are included, along with elinanz's original STL file for reference * Tamiya Cement was used to attach the top and bottom portions, while the legs fit firmly without adhesive or solvent * Painting is highly recommended to conceal the top/bottom seam Printing results: * Part 1 (Legs): Successfully printed using HIPS at 240C with a hotbed of 110C, featuring 1.0mm walls, 0.15mm layer height, 10% infill, and no supports * Part 2 (Bottom): Printed using HIPS at 240C with a hotbed of 110C, with 1.0mm walls, 0.2mm layer height, 10% infill, and supports touching the buildplate for the tail * Part 3 (Top): Successfully printed using HIPS at 240C with a hotbed of 110C, featuring 1.0mm walls, 0.2mm layer height, 10% infill, and supports everywhere for the right ear
