Gaming Tile Glue Jig

Simple easy to print jig for gluing OpenForge floor tiles to magnetic bases. I was tired of gluing my tiles just off center, so I designed a jig to help. This is my first draft, but it's been serving me well. I'm noticing some glue squeeze out on the sides of the jig, but thankfully it's only a few grams of plastic. I don't see why this couldn't be used for non-magnetic bases, but I haven't tried it with them yet. Currently I've only designed a 2x2 jig, but I can easily adapt the model to be any size. I may upload a parametric model after more real world testing. 1. Print jig and floor tile parts. 2. (optional) Place a finished magnetic tile on bottom of jig, bottom-to-bottom. This is a "helper" tile. 3. Place unfinished magnetic base in jig, magnet holes facing up. 4. Insert magnets into holes. Thanks to the "helper" tile underneath, they should snap in and stay in position. 5. Dab a small amount of glue on each corner. Do not add too much glue! A little bit goes a long way. 6. Insert floor tile into jig, and press onto base for 10 seconds (for CA glue). 7. Slide "helper" tile off of jig, and poke out just completed floor tile from jig. Print at draft quality (.20mm or .24mm) with as few walls as needed. Some infill may be helpful for rigidity, but no more than 20% is required. Supports: No Rafts: No
