Gaming Grip for Smartphones

Hi, I'm a part-time designer for SOLID Maker 3D and this is my gaming grip/Joystick for smartphones. As a gamer myself, after several hours of playing PUGB on the phone, I realized the need for a more enjoyable way to play, which led me to create this gaming grip that allows you to play comfortably and for longer periods. I've been working on this project for some time now, and after numerous tests, I'm proud to release this final version. Features: Supports almost all devices with a minimum size of 138mm and a maximum size of 160mm. The entire device is made using a 3D printer with PLA-ABS material. It's easy to print and build. The ergonomic design integrates perfectly with the trigger buttons. How it works: The two sides of the joystick are connected in the center by two gears, one of which has a spiral spring attached that applies pressure to the inside and holds your phone securely. The trigger buttons have three parts: a clip, a lever, and aluminum duct tape. The aluminum transmits the change in capacitance from your fingertips to your phone's screen, functioning like a real button. 3D Printer Settings: Layer Height: 0.2mm Shell Thickness: 1.6mm Fill Density: 20% for the main joystick body and 100% for small pieces such as trigger buttons, gears, and spring. Print Speed: 50mm/s to 70mm/s Nozzle Temperature: 200°C for PLA filament Heat Bed Temperature: 50°C Support Type: Where needed Platform Adhesion Type: None Feel free to ask any questions!
