With 2 of these models, the same thing happened to me. The rubber cracks and there are no spare parts available, at least in my country. I designed this simple model, which I found very effective. I recommend using TPU/FLEX, with a layer height of 0.24 mm is more than enough. As for the filler, use 10% with 3 perimeters. It can be scaled up, to suit the model of chair you have. Greetings.
