Initial Release of My GameCube Digital Port Plug A Warning: This Part Demands Minute Levels of Detail Printing I had to rely on a professional print company to produce my prototype due to the extremely fine levels required for this part. The Pins I Used Inside the Connector Originate from a PCI Connection Point You can easily find them on eBay, and they're relatively inexpensive. The pins slide smoothly into the connector but require a small amount of force to press firmly into place. You might need to gently nudge the front edge of the pin into the slot at the front of the connector. A Few Observations on the Design I'm using 0.5mm pins to connect with a 1.0mm pad, and since this port doesn't handle large amounts of current, there's no reason to worry about the thinner pins causing any issues. The design hasn't been tested yet with any video replacement solution.
