I spent my weekend working on my studio, laser-cutting some fantastic game controllers. If you're looking to replicate this project, you'll need a lasercutter and RDWorks V8 software. The RDWorks Project files are attached for your reference. In the project file, all necessary parameters have been defined, so simply scale the design and download it to your cutter. Keep in mind that the Adobe Illustrator file isn't limited to laser cutters - you can also use a plotter or CNC machine if available. For more exciting projects like this, follow me here.
