I whipped up a battery cover from scratch, still fine-tuning the dimensions. To build it, I laid down the print vertically since laying it flat causes the hinge to seem more fragile. Fingers crossed that it turns out okay for you! If you decide to print vertically, don't forget to include a raft and supports – they make all the difference in getting a great result. You may need to scale up your .stl file by 1000% within MakerWare.
