This game piece, also known as a board game pawn (Dutch: pion), can be sized according to your preferences. For instance, I employed it for a 20x20 square base to accommodate a magnet within. To assemble, simply print the pawn, drill a 10mm hole at its bottom, and securely glue a neodymium magnet inside.
