Don't print this version out! Wizard23 has created a replacement box (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:71228) for the original design. The initial teeth were too short and can be heard in this YouTube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m03DMaRnDYs). However, a new version with longer teeth (4x bigger) is available here (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:71210) and works much better. The design is based on a customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:53235, which you can further customize using this link (http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=53235). To create the model, several options were used, including midBigTeeth = 20, midSmallTeeth = 8, crankExtraH = 4, and epsilonCSG = 0.1. The model includes a mid-axis holder with height of 3.3cm (midAxisHolderH), a music axis holder with height of 3.4cm (musicAxisHolderH), and musical notes specified as Bb1 C2 D2 Eb2 F2 G2. The crank has a length of 18cm, and the gear holds a radius of 4cm (gear_hold_R). There's also a music cylinder with name "Game of Thrones", font size 5 (MusicCylinderNameFontSize), position at (0, 0.6) (MusicCylinderNamePosition and MusicCylinderNameDepth, respectively), and the font is taken from write/Letters.dxf (MusicCylinderNameFont). Additional components include a mid-gear, crank gear, pulleys, and pins arranged as oooooXoooooooXooooooooooXooooooooXooooooXoooooooXoooooooooooXoooooooXooooXoooooooooooooooooooooooooXoooooooXoooooooooooXooooooooXooooooXoooooooXooooooooooooooXooooXooooXoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. The model is printable (FOR_PRINT = 1) and has a wall thickness of 2cm. Printing settings include a layer height of 0.16mm ($fn = 32), snap axis slack at 0.35cm (snapAxisSlack), and axis slack at 0.3cm (axisSlack).
