Game of Thrones Clock

I've been itching to create a clock for ages and finally purchased the movement from Wish about two months ago. Initially, I wasn't thrilled with my original design, so I put the project on hold for a while. It wasn't until recently that I started binge-watching Game of Thrones, which sparked an idea inspired by the show's iconic dragon logo. Due to the limitations of my printer, I couldn't print the clock at its intended size and it looked somewhat lost against a wall. To address this issue, I designed a stand for the clock to sit on a table or shelf, and I'm much happier with the result. Furthermore, I discovered that adding a small gap between the mechanism and the face helps to create some visual balance. This simple tweak made a big difference in the overall appearance of the clock. For this project, I opted to use wood filament with an infill of 30%. It was my first time working with this material, and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. Feel free to experiment with different materials if you prefer! When assembling the face, be sure to push it through the front with a bit of gentle persuasion – it should slide into place easily once you've got the hang of it!
