Replacing a Game Boy Color speaker requires finding a new one that is significantly smaller than its original counterpart. To achieve an authentic look, the housing of this replacement is designed to mimic the original design, providing both aesthetic and functional benefits. The housing ensures the new speaker remains stable, preventing it from flailing around loosely. This particular design is tailored for a popular 8-ohm 1 Watt replacement speaker, but with some experimentation, it may be adapted to accommodate other types of speakers as well. The .obj file is provided for those who are interested in customizing or modifying the design.
