I've reworked my take on "GameBoy Zero Cart Hollow" by mattiasbrandt. I've incorporated cutouts for a power supply board and USB cable into this design. This build is intended to use an HDMI screen, which is why the power supply board isn't situated at the top of the cartridge - there needs to be some space left over for the HDMI connector.
