Gambol Shroud - RWBY

Human: exact replica of Blake Belladonna's "Gambol Shroud" from RWBY animated series, created by Rooster Teeth. The custom-made prop features a rod extending through the gun and upper section of the blade, along with another rod in the Sheath, both secured with built-in holes. My print settings included 0.2mm layer height and 10% infill to achieve optimal results. Some sections required supports, such as Blade Root and Sheath 1, but printing the gun halves with support for the rod tunnel yielded successful prints without additional issues. The total filament used was 161m (64m for the weapon, 97m for the sheath), requiring a total of 49 hours to complete. The finished replica measures approximately 2ft 2 inches in length.
