This specimen, a male, was collected by J.W. Krebs on August 28, 1979, within the Segbwema Hospital Compound in Sierra Leone's Eastern Province. It was made available for scanning at the University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility through Dr. Blaire Van Valkenburgh of the University of California Los Angeles. Funding for the scan was provided by both Dr. Van Valkenburgh and a National Science Foundation Digital Libraries Initiative grant given to Dr. Tilmothy Rowe of The University of Texas at Austin.
