Galaxy Tab S7 Key Replacement - Compliant Mechanism
prusaprinters
I lost a keycap and part of the stabilizer on the keyboard cover for my Galaxy S7. I redesigned the part using a compliant mechanism to allow for printing in FDM. Printed in PETG at .2 mm layer height, no supports, .4 line width. To print in FDM you need a very well tuned printer. SLA should work, I just haven't tried it. Print ComplientCapFinalScaled first, if bridging doesn't work, try ComplientCapFinalCrossScaled. I've included what should be dimensionally accurate models of the original part if you want to try printing them in resin. The moving parts are built into the flexibility of the material.
