Galaxy S7 + Galaxy Gear 2 Charging Dock

I created this Qi-charging dock for a buddy of mine who's currently using a Samsung Galaxy S7 and a Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 classic. Both devices can be charged wirelessly, which is pretty cool. I picked up a bare QI Charging circuit from eBay to make it happen. This design was made with smaller printers in mind, so I broke it down into separate pieces for the backplate and base plate. The print time comes out to around 3-4 hours for all parts combined. Unfortunately, I experienced some warping issues during printing due to my heat bed giving up on me last week - still trying to figure that one out. I hope you like what I came up with! Here are the settings I used: * Baseplate: PLA with a 10% infill and 0.3 mm layer height * Backplate: PLA with a 10% infill and 0.2 mm layer height (printed with the flat side facing down) * Cover: PLA, 0.2 mm (clips onto the backplate and holds nicely) The QI-Charger circuit is something you can pick up from eBay or Adafruit. The phone I'm using is a Samsung Galaxy S7 (http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/cell-phones/SM-G930UZKAXAA) and the watch is a Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 classic (http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/wearable-tech/SM-R7320ZKAXAR). I designed it in Fusion 360, sliced it with Slic3r, and printed it out with Repetier-Host on my Geeetech G2S delta printer. Print settings: * Printer: Geeetech G2S * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.2 / 0.3 * Infill: 10%
