This is a bike mount for Samsung galaxy S6 with Otterbox commuter attached. It fits securely and I've also included two different adaptors that allow you to adjust the angle to 45 or 30 degrees. Print parts 1 and 2, along with one of the 45/30 degree adaptors if needed. Secure the bottom arms in place using super glue, then everything should fit together easily. The bike mount part was assembled using four 16mm M3 screws with nuts. I encourage you to remix this design to attach your phone to anything else you want!
