This simple dock doesn't require permanent installation; it friction-fits between a console and its cover. It works great in my Corvette, potentially fitting other cars with center consoles and latching covers. For Android phones with Micro USB connectors, print the retainer plug and guide the wire through the slot before inserting it into the dock for a secure fit. iPhones with 30-pin plugs don't need this retainer, while iPhone 5 and later models lack a designated retainer plug (although one could be created upon request). For printing, use 25% infill; if your printer can manage bridges without support, skip it, otherwise print with support for the cutout at the back.
