For a robust Otterbox Defender clip replacement, I took Thingiverse's model (216979) and customized it to fit the case, strengthened the side clip, and added a belt clip from another design (30244). Print with supports; opt for vertical orientation, placing the side clip on top for extra durability. The enhanced reinforcement should hold up well for the side clip.
