This model, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:99363, was successfully printed by vector010 who reported, "Came out pretty well. Fits the phone decently. Printed it in flexible PLA." Although I haven't personally tried printing it yet, I believe it should fit well if printed at a high resolution (.2mm or lower layer height) with either numerous shells or medium density infill.
