Here is a variation of the shell for the Galaxy S20. This version has an integrated support at the back and passages for adding a strap. Printing: Shell and buttons: TPU A98 Layers: 0.1-0.15mm with 0.4mm nozzle Without supports (for a good management of the bridges I strongly advise the use of super slicer https://github.com/supermerill/SuperSlicer ) Lever: PLA layers: 0.1-0.15mm with 0.4mm nozzle without supports Mounting: 1- Place the lever in the shell and hold it in place with 1.75mm PLA filament. 2- Cut the filament that protrudes from the shell 3- Check the mobility of the lever and are good hold in closed position. To adjust the tightness, you can lightly sand the lever pin. 4- Put a dot of CA glue on each outer side of the hull so as to keep the filament in its housing. 5- After drying completely, place the buttons in their slots and install the phone in the shell. https://youtu.be/4vvpkFGc2FA
