This gadget is designed to slide into the CD player of my vehicle, fitting perfectly alongside my phone with its case on (13.56mm deep x 73.76mm wide). I adapted the model from Dashin's Galaxy Note 2 holder found at thingiverse.com/thing:62825. The item is printed with support structures, which may require trimming - approximately 20mm off the portion that fits into my CD slot. Feel free to adjust yours as needed for a snug fit.
