I'm adding a Galaxy Note 2 case with Portal 2 stencil modifications. The base model comes from Thingiverse: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:164598, courtesy of DrewPetitclerc. I've made some changes to the stencil myself. The case is approximately 1.5mm thick and still a work in progress - there's a noticeable gap in the legs that needs fixing, but it should print just fine.
