To assemble these badges, you can either print them as a single unit or separate components. Option one involves printing the entire badge at once, lying it flat under the print bed to accommodate its thickness. This requires two separate prints, which are then glued together. Alternatively, you can print each badge's parts individually: the back portion and the ring that holds everything in place.
