Pulsar is an incredible air-powered spinning top that can be precisely controlled using a straw and reaches outrageous speeds! It's not exactly designed for standard FDM printers, but I've had great success with the split version. Alternatively, if you have a dual-material printer, you can use PVA supports or something similar to print it out. You can even buy the metal printed model right here.
