Gaggiuino - Gaggia Classic Touchscreen Housing and Funnel Plate Mount

<p>Credit to LikeableBump for the base model, designed for Gaggia Classic Pro (<a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5236286">Gaggiuino - Arduino &amp; Touchscreen Housing for Gaggia Classic &amp; Classic Pro v2 by LikeableBump - Thingiverse</a>).</p><p><strong>Fasteners </strong>(to attach touchscreen housing):<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>2 </strong>M4x10 button-head screws</li><li><strong>2 </strong>M4 nuts</li><li>Loctite 242/243 or equivalent</li></ul><p>To attach the flip-up lid:&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Cut a piece of 1.75 mm filament with 5-10 mm extra length and use a heat gun to straighten if necessary</li><li>Thread filament through the plate and lid holes and check that the lid rotates freely</li><li>Melt one end of the filament to the plate with a soldering iron</li><li>Cut the other end of the filament so there's about 1 mm extra sticking out of the plate to melt</li><li>Melt other end of the filament to the plate with a soldering iron.&nbsp;</li><li>File melted areas flush if necessary.<br><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/280617/rich_content/1a3e82d8-cdad-4d7b-95f5-5d9fce1fd608/image.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22e4772d08-177f-41ef-8e3a-0251430e5401%22%2C%22w%22%3A679%2C%22h%22%3A226%7D"></li></ol><p>I wanted a better fit and improved printability for Gaggia Classic, so this is a remix of his model.</p><p>Changes: Increased width of drip tray plate to 171.75 mm, depth to 75.25 mm for better fit in funnel top. Added strategic chamfers/fillets for printability improvement.</p><p>Housingback is unchanged, but I'm including it and the f3d for ease of remix in the future.</p><p>I printed in PETG at 0.2 mm, 235 C (240 C 1st layer), no supports needed unless you're worried about bridging over the plate's wire channel</p><p><strong>Updates:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>2022-10-02 - made passthrough cutouts in the plate the same size for ease of connector routing, adjusted housingfront for ease of printability</p>
