Gaggiuino Classic & Classic Pro Load Cell Integration (drill version)

THIS IS AN OLD DESIGN. THERE IS A NEW DESIGN COMING SOON THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE DRILLING METAL TO MOUNT THE LOAD CELLS. IT HAS OTHER IMPROVEMENTS AS WELL. These are the parts required by the Gaggiuino project to integrate load cells into your Gaggia Classic or Gaggia Classic Pro espresso machine. ADDITIONAL HARDWARE NEEDED: - 4 - m3x10 rounded head screws - 4 - m3x8 rounded head screws - 2 - m4x8 rounded head screws - 2 - m4 hex nuts Note that there are two options for drip tray inserts due to the differences between the Classic and Classic Pro drip tray. Both options have been tested and both seem to fit well, although I cannot guarantee that they will fit your machine. These parts can all be printed in PLA or PETG. The inserts are meant to be glued into the underside of the drip tray, using superglue or epoxy. The remainder of the parts bolt to the bottom of the espresso machine case through some holes that you will have to drill yourself. This is a part of the Gaggiuino project, which involves using an Arduino to control every aspect of your espresso machine with open source hardware and software. The github for this project is located at https://github.com/Zer0-bit/gaggiuino 30/1/2022 - added a .stl for a water tank riser with cavities to mount the hx711 amplifier PCBs. We have a very active Discord with lots of members that have already done this mod or are in the process.
