<p>Intended location for this housing is behind the funnel against the back wall in a Gaggia Classic.</p><p>The housing was originally designed for M2.9x6.5 self-tapping screws. These are the same screws Gaggia uses for attaching to the plastic fill funnel (PN DI7981P2.9X6.5I or 996530054164). Housing screws must be no longer than 7/16 inch / 11.5 mm (3/8 inch / 10 mm recommended).&nbsp;<br>If you just want to blindly order off of AliExpress then this is an option (50pcs M3, 10mm): <a href="https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256802230982244.html?">https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256802230982244.html?</a>&nbsp;<br>Otherwise, any of the following screws will work (get whichever are available in your area).&nbsp;</p><ul><li>#4-20 thread rolling screws (these are the Imperial/Standard equivalent to the Gaggia screws)</li><li>M2.9 self-tapping screws (this callout is <i>almost</i> exclusive to screws for plastic)</li><li>M3 self-tapping screws for plastic (<i><strong>make sure</strong> they're coarse-thread screws for use in plastic)</i></li><li>#4 wood screws (only if you have no other option)</li></ul><p>Once assembled the only things that should require disassembly are:</p><ul><li>Replacing the fuse</li><li>Replacing the Blackpill</li></ul><p>Updated 2022-08-28 with the following changes:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Improved printability of base (increased diameter around screw holes, added chamfer for solder clearance, changed chamfer on microSD access point so support is not required in that location)</li><li>Increased clearance to J1</li><li>Improved printability of cover (chamfers instead of radii at select points, changed J25 &amp; J27 access so support is not required in that location)</li></ul><p>Update 2022-09-28: Added a “noHoles” version for an easier first layer</p>
