This slim tray allows the use of taller cups and scales with all Gaggia Classic models, including Pro.The most difficult part of printing a drip tray adequately is getting it water tight, and the bottom part of this model helps with that.I recommend printing both parts in ASA, PP or PETG, but I have been testing printing the Bottom part with PETG (it comes in contact with hot water) while I prefer using a matte PLA for the top outer part. Instructions for bottom part:To get the best possible airtight results, print this part with a solid bottom. That means using 100% infill or many shell layers for the bottom that water pools over. I also highly recommend using ironing for the top surface for water-tightness. Smooth surfaces are easier to clean.Use supports, and remember that the space held by supports will be hidden under the tray, so I recommend using minimal supports.   Instructions for top part:This part should be printed upside down to get the smoothest finish to show on top of the finished model. No supports necessary. Glue both parts together by placing the top part over the bottom part with a glue of your preference. Instructions for merged model:Someone requested this. This single file version is for ensuring a good drip area but the quality of the top visible surface will depend on your printer. This version is meant to be printed with the natural orientation. Supports are needed for the arches but nothing else. Paint them on.I used 4 perimeters, minimal infill (5% gyroid works for me) and 4 top and bottom layers.----Note: this model fixes several issues in the original. This model has no more random slits in the walls, is easier to align together for gluing, and has a thinner bottom layer.
