<p>My version of a dimensionally accurate Gaggia Classic housing model, used to check fit on components for the Gaggiuino project. Note that this is not a Gaggia Classic Pro model.</p><p>The main body is sheet metal, so manufacturing is probably not holding better than +/- 0.5 mm except on assembly jig mating surfaces, and some things could only be measured to within ~0.3 mm due to how the sheet metal was welded. I'd say the whole model is on average accurate to +/- 1 mm across the range of Gaggia Classics. However, most outer dimensions are likely accurate to better than +/- 0.3 mm</p><p>The water tank is drafted by ~1 degree externally, and for ease of modeling/mates I left the main walls vertical at MMC.</p><p>Update 2022-08-30: Added drip tray model</p>
