GadgetGrip

The GadgetGrip is an electronic tablet accessory, engineered to securely hold a tablet in the most comfortable way possible compared to conventional covers or protections. With GadgetGrip, you can easily use your tablet in any position – whether standing, seated, or laying down – without putting strain on your posture. Furthermore, you can effortlessly remove the handle and pack it away in a backpack or handbag without having to dismantle its entire structure. The design of the GadgetGrip is inspired by an already commercialized product called "TakeTab," which features a handle with a sucker that attaches itself to the back of an electronic tablet. However, after several months, the sucker loses its elasticity and tends to detach itself from the tablet. In contrast, the GadgetGrip offers the same functionality as TakeTab but with the added benefit of not losing grip. The red claws designed to hold the tablet are specifically tailored for the iPad Air 2. If you own a different type of electronic tablet, simply print the corresponding holders and attach them to the universal black base, which can fit any brand of similar-sized tablets. Since this is the model of electronic tablet I possess, I am only able to share this specific grip for now. To assemble and utilize the GadgetGrip effectively, I recommend printing the parts in accordance with how they are arranged in the STL archives. This ensures precise fitting together of the components, which requires a high level of accuracy, and subsequent adhesion with glue. The print parameters used were those provided by BQ for their HD printing profile for the Prusa i3 HEPHESTOS 3D printer, with no modifications made. Using the Cura software, I created the GCODE files necessary for printing the components. For optimal results, follow the default print settings to achieve perfect adhesion between the parts and a seamless overall assembly.
