Remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3642303 My motherboard did not have the two extra USB ports above the HDMI port, nor any of the Digital Audio ports, so my Mic/Speaker/Line IN ports were moved up to match the Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H motherboard. Edit: V2 - Moved the Audio ports down 5MM as they were too high in V1.
