G930 Replacement Hinge
thingiverse
This replaces both sides of the hinge on Logitech G930 headset, employing a method identical to stock parts with some added M3 bolts and countersunk screws. You can likely use stock screws if preferred, however changed from original to use M3 screws as this is what I happened to have on hand and it makes things smaller in size. The countersunk feature gives a more appealing look as well. This part should work for both sides since the only variation between the stock parts lies in the mirror finish and angle; otherwise screw holes are perfectly symmetrical. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Mendelmax Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .25 Infill: 40%, Lines Notes: I printed this in abs material and believe something with similar strength would be ideal. On the next one I intend to print, I will attempt using PETG. Post-Printing: Uses stock screws in conjunction with two M3 bolts.
