G930 Hinge replacement
thingiverse
This is for the right speaker of a Logitech G930 headset. Essentially, it employs the same method as original IM components plus some additional M4 bolts to ensure secure threading without resorting to nylon or plastic threading. Using stock screws should be feasible, but I added holes for two ~M4 bolts to guarantee added stability. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.26 Infill: Minimum 20 layers Notes: Given the unrestrained calibration of this roll of filament, some minor clearance issues emerged which were rectified by adjusting the model accordingly. A maximum discrepancy of 0.1mm can be anticipated in specific regions; the print should still operate satisfactorily. Layer heights above 0.3 may hinder your slicer's ability to print the screw holes as designed on g930b4.stl in its intended orientation, similarly impeding accurate nut capture on g930a4i.stl
