Logitech built a shitty joint that breaks very easily on this headset (on purpose it seems). This part replaces it and uses all the available space for max strength (use 100% infill). Strength of printed version depends on your material choise obviously. cover plate needs to be filed down afterwards to the same level of the inner ground, just cutting it could also work, to make the cover fit and hold the new part in place (this step becomes obvious when reassembling the headset but is easy to do).
