The current state of the trigger guard is showing signs of wear at its highest point, particularly noticeable where it meets the frame. A subtle rounded edge, often referred to as a chamfer, would greatly benefit this area. Alternatively, a smooth curve, known as a fillet, could be added to achieve the same goal and prevent further erosion.
