G430 strain relief/bend protection
thingiverse
The cable of my Logitech G430 headset broke. Since the old cable strain relief was molded and therefore not reusable, I have 3D printed my own. The part is meant to be melted onto the cable. I 3d-printed it twice using TPU (no supports needed), then I simultaneously liquefied both parts on the inside using my hot air rework station at 250°C, and finally pressed them onto the appropriate spot on the cable. I did it after cutting and soldering the cable to the PCB.
