I've seen similar for other lathes, but this one is mine. Fits the G4003 sheet metal chip tray and likely fits others--like Precision Mathews. Designed to be 3D printed with one small section of support material.The through hole was intended for a section of all-thread and some spacers to keep the empty ones from sliding around. Turns out they really don't need it.
