G36 Fire Selector
pinshape
This Fire Selector is designed for an airsoft G36 based on my Tokyo Marui fire selector switch, focusing on the left part that requires mirroring to create the right one. You'll find two versions of the fire selector available, each with distinct features: the "big" version has holes in the back that are slightly larger (0.25mm) due to my FDM printer's hole setting. A crucial feature of this design is a hole for a set screw to secure the fire selector in place, although I didn't need it as the big version fit tightly enough on its own. You can use your original metal ball to hold the fire selector steady or opt for a small piece of filament (nylon being the best choice). Print Settings: - Printer: BI v2.5 - Rafts: None - Supports: None - Resolution: 0.2mm - Infill: 50% Important Notes: The rotating switch is challenging to turn and demands a robust part to handle. To achieve sufficient strength when turning the switch with the selector lever, use at least a 0.4mm head and 0.2mm resolution in your print settings.
