G2S 40mm hot end fan bracket
thingiverse
I upgraded the nozzles on my Geetech Delta G2S Pro, and now they're larger than ever. Overall, they're about 7mm bigger compared to the originals. With this new clearance, I gained enough space between the spider and bed to hang a bigger fan. I swapped out the original 30mm fan for a re-purposed 40mm one from my extruder step motor. This modified bracket mounts the fan in the holes designed for the old 30mm setup. The airflow gets split: it sends half of it up towards the extruders, and the rest down to cool the print itself. Double-duty with just one fan. Now I have print cooling implemented without adding much mass or bulk to the spider.
