I ordered Logitech brake/accelerator pedals from eBay for $40, but the seller sent a broken steering wheel instead. Fortunately, fixing it was an easy task. This is a replacement encoder wheel for a Logitech G27 force feedback steering wheel that has cracked, causing it to stop functioning altogether. Instead of using a brass replacement wheel found online, I decided to create my own custom design. There are several repair options available, but I chose to make my own because the other designs tried to recreate the original encoder wheel with the recess on the wrong side. To solve this issue, I modified the design to eliminate the recess altogether and tweaked some parameters to make it easier to 3D print.
